Globe7 HK Ltd. and SINA.com.hk have partnered to provide co-branded voice-over-Internet services and video streaming information and advertising.

Globe7 will provide a SINA-branded hosting solution, allowing SINA.com.hk users to place long-distance voice and video calls over the Globe7 network to more than 100 countries using a Chinese-language soft-dialer.

The agreement also provides a variety of Chinese-language content, including videos, entertainment news, global messaging, blogs and user-generated content to be posted on the co-branded service.

The announcement was made by Venkat S. Meenavilli, chairman and managing director of Globe7s' parent company, Northgate Technologies Ltd. Meenavilli said further partnerships between Globe7 and SINA.com.hk will be announced in the near future.
