Globe7 announced the update of its voice over internet
protocol (VoIP) desktop communication tool, Globe7
3.0 Beta, which offers users free call minutes through
watching video ads.
The service also features news, 1 GB free storage
space for video and photo uploading and instant
messaging.
With Globe7 3.0 Beta, members can receive a real,
U.S. telephone number, which allows them to make
and receive telephone calls from any computer, cell
phone and landline.
Advertisers who have signed up with the service
include WalMart and Amazon.com.
"With the latest version of Globe7 3.0 Beta, the
company is poised to capture a commanding share
of the U.S. Market," says David Buchanan, CEO of
te-nac-i-ty, the media partner of Globe7. "The unique
ability to watch videos and video commercials, and
receive free calling privileges just for watching
TV will revolutionize both the VOIP and the interactive
advertising industry."
